Study material should be accountable. This is the public, dated record of every correction we make to a practice question, answer or explanation — what changed, when and why. It is the companion to how our questions are verified: verification is the promise; this page is the receipt.
Current version
Question bank: 500 questions, revision 66c2420, verified against the current testable edition of Australian Citizenship: Our Common Bond. The revision code changes whenever the bank content changes, so a correction shows up in the version itself, not just in words — and because the app updates itself, a correction reaches you automatically the next time you open it online.
How a correction happens
- Report. Spotted something that looks wrong? Email [email protected] with the question and what looks off.
- Check against the booklet. Every report is checked against the cited section and page of the official Our Common Bond booklet — the source of truth, not our opinion.
- Fix and rebuild. If the material is wrong, the question, answer or explanation is corrected in the bank and the app is rebuilt and redeployed.
- Log it here. The correction is recorded on this page with the date and what changed.
The log
- 19 July 2026 — Q g91 (Government): the answer’s booklet-basis summary said “Houses of Representatives”; corrected to “House of Representatives”. The question, options, answer and cited page were already correct. The chamber’s name is the House of Representatives. The plural follows a typographical slip in the booklet’s own p.30 sentence; since our basis text is a summary of the cited page rather than a quotation, we corrected it. Raised by an independent review dated 18 July 2026.
- 19 July 2026 — Q h54 (History): the question stem and explanation were reworded to remove a causal overstatement — the stem no longer asks which post-war migration change contributed “most significantly” to population growth, and the explanation no longer says the policy “drove strong growth”. The options, keyed answer and cited page are unchanged. Cited page 9 describes Australia’s post-war shift to accepting migrants from many countries and the diversification that followed, but does not rank this as the largest cause of population growth; the wording was tightened to stay within the source. Raised by an independent review dated 19 July 2026.
